Lauren has been enthusiastically practicing massage and bodywork for 8 years. After completing her yoga teacher training, a desire to learn more about the body directed her towards massage and manual therapies. A self proclaimed anatomy nerd, figuring out why people are in pain and trying to help them get out of it is her favorite puzzle to solve. Her continuing education in trauma informed energy work blends the best of both worlds. After tearing her own labrum, she's become very well versed in the shoulder joint. From hiding trigger point therapy and sports massage in a relaxing full body flow to spending 60 minutes on one joint, Lauren loves every aspect of her chosen career. Trained in Ashiatsu, Thai massage, cupping, Aromatouch, and the Structural Integration Method of Dr. Ida P. Rolf, Lauren is always trying to learn more to advance her practice and reach as many people as possible.

"I've had serious spinal issues for over 20 years, including a fusion over 10 years ago, which has caused me to see many massage therapists. I've never had a go-to therapist before Lauren. However, I haven't gone to anyone else in the last few years since she started working on me.
Lauren is a great combination of professional, talented, and intuitive. She works hard to cultivate her craft. She's consistently curious about human anatomy and how to improve her knowledge and skills as a therapist.
This is not just a job for Lauren. She genuinely wants to help people improve their lives and is sincerely empathetic to the needs of her clients. Her work has been immensely beneficial to my life."
